Finding balance: 4 week meditation course

Finding balance | Various locations around Manchester | Starts week beginning 13th April

This four-week course will guide you in discovering a deeper sense of inner balance and learning how to live in harmony with the people and circumstances around you.

So often our mind feels difficult to control, with thoughts blown here and there like a balloon in the wind. We search for lasting satisfaction, yet it can seem just out of reach, and our moods rise and fall with the changing conditions of life.

Through the meditations taught on this course, we learn to develop inner space, clarity and peace. Gradually we cultivate mental equilibrium- a balanced, stable mind that remains happy despite the ever-changing circumstances of life.

Join us to explore simple yet powerful meditations that can help you cultivate lasting peace and a more joyful, balanced life.
