Mini retreat with Resident Teacher Kelsang Sama | Saturday 17th January 10-1pm
Experience deep inner peace through the power of imagination, meditation and collective prayer.
Forget guns and weapons, forget political plans, forget external change without an internal shift, and instead learn to harness the power of your mind to create the world you wish to live in. On this retreat, we will explore how to expand the capacity of our mind and the scope of our love, by using Buddha’s teachings to let go of self-centered views ad come to realise that ‘Love is the real nuclear bomb.’ Be part of the solution and join a quiet revolution creating world peace from the inside out!
Session times: 10-11:15am and 11:45-1pm
Everyone is welcome, no previous experience necessary

Kelsang SamaResident TeacherKelsang Sama is a meditation teacher and the Resident Teacher at KMC Manchester.
She has deep experience of and insight into Buddha’s teachings. She is known for her great kindness, sense of humour and special skills in giving practical instructions that show us how to cultivate inner peace and make our lives deeply meaningful.

What is a meditation retreat?
A retreat is an activity that allows the practitioners to step away from the busyness of daily life and focus on a specific practice of meditation. The function of meditation is to make the mind peaceful and calm. Whenever we meditate, we are performing a mental action that will cause us to experience inner peace in the future.
