Meet Buddha’s timeless wisdom, the non deceptive method to develop and maintain a peaceful mind all the time, even amidst the chaos of modern day life. Through meditation learn to untangle your mind from its habitual mental patterns that keep you trapped in a state of dissatisfaction, always seeking but never finding any lasting happiness. By learning to navigate your thoughts with wisdom and insight, discover within your mind the potential for limitless love, compassion and wisdom. In this way transform your life into a journey of great meaning and learn how you can become a purely happy being!

Each class consists of a practical teaching, guided meditations and discussion. Weekly classes are self contained so you can join at any time or book for the whole course.

February 12 – March 5: A 4 week course- A new approach to life’s difficulties

Learn practical ways of thinking to free your mind from habitual mental patterns of responding to difficulties that cause you only to experience more unhappiness. A course based on the book How to Solve Our Human Problems

“We do not need to become unhappy just because things do not go our way. Although until now this has indeed been our reaction to difficulties, once we recognise that it does not work we are free to respond in a more realistic and constructive way” – Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, How to Solve Our Human Problems

Book online below or just drop-in, no previous experience needed, everyone welcome!
