Where happiness can be found: Join us for a free evening talk with guided meditation on November 4th, followed by 3 week series’ Simply Meditate in November and December
Learn simple meditations that you can integrate into everyday modern life, helping you to connect to a deeper sense of inner peace and calm within your own mind. Using these meditations can help us to overcome negative emotions in difficult situations, giving us a greater sense of clarity and peace. These classes are designed to give you a clear direction on how to meditate, so you can start to experience the benefits that meditation can bring.

What is meditation?
Meditation is a mind that is single-pointedly focused on a virtuous object, and whose function is to make the mind peaceful and calm. Whenever we meditate, we are performing a mental action that will cause us to experience inner peace in the future.

Do I have to be Buddhist to attend?
No. Anyone can learn basic meditation and experience the benefits. Buddhism is a non-evangelical religion. Buddhists respect all people and are happy to help anyone regardless of whether they subscribe to another faith or to none.
