Join us for a special Open Day filled with community, connection, and inspiration.

Enjoy all day long guided meditations, delicious cakes and homemade food. Learn how meditation practices can bring more peace and clarity into daily life. Whether you’re curious about meditation, looking for a friendly atmosphere, or simply want to enjoy good food and company, everyone is welcome to come along!

Free 15 minute meditations at 11:30, 12:30, 1:30 2:30 and 3:30pm
