On this mini retreat, learn how to leave your worries and restlessness behind and replenish yourself with inner peace and mental calm. Immerse yourself in Buddha’s ancient techniques for a lighter and happier you.
This retreat is suitable for everyone, whether you want to start a meditation practice or deepen your experience, everyone is welcome.

What is a meditation retreat?
A retreat is an activity that allows the practitioners to step away from the busyness of daily life and focus on a specific practice of meditation. The function of meditation is to make the mind peaceful and calm. Whenever we meditate, we are performing a mental action that will cause us to experience inner peace in the future.
