Mini retreat with Kadampa Teacher Paul Rawlings | Saturday 13th December 10-1pm

What if you could let go of unwanted feelings? What if you could stop following distracting thoughts? On this mini retreat, learn how to leave your worries and restlessness behind and replenish yourself with inner peace and mental calm. Immerse yourself in Buddha’s ancient techniques for a lighter and happier you.

This retreat is suitable for everyone, whether you want to start a meditation practice or deepen your experience, everyone is welcome.

The function of meditation is to make the mind peaceful and calm. Whenever we meditate, we are performing a mental action that will cause us to experience inner peace in the future.

    Anyone can attend, meditation can be beneficial for everyone as it is a mental activity that focuses on creating more positivity in the mind.
