Lamrim class
Lamrim class | Sundays 11- 12:30pm | with Resident Teacher, Kelsang Sama | £8 per class | held at KMC Manchester, Chorlton
In these classes, Kelsang Sama will help us to learn and deepen our experience of the Lamrim meditations, The Stages of the Path to Enlightenment.
If we gain deep experience of Lamrim there will be no basis for the problems of anger, attachment, jealousy, and confusion; we shall be completely free of all of them. First we must understand the value of Lamrim, and then by joyfully and patiently doing the meditations we shall gradually experience the results of Lamrim practice. Eventually we shall attain freedom from all suffering and the unchanging peace and happiness of enlightenment.
We will be using the meditations from The Mirror of Dharma with Additions. It is helpful to bring a book along with you to the class if you have one

Kelsang SamaResident TeacherKelsang Sama is a meditation teacher and the Resident Teacher at KMC Manchester.
She has deep experience of and insight into Buddha’s teachings. She is known for her great kindness, sense of humour and special skills in giving practical instructions that show us how to cultivate inner peace and make our lives deeply meaningful.
