Inspiration from within: Silent meditation day retreat with Resident Teacher Kelsang Sama | Saturday 7th March 10-4pm
Immerse yourself on this silent meditation day retreat focusing on a special breathing meditation that combines mindfulness of the breath with the recitation of mantra.
There are many different Buddhist mantras, but they are all contained within the mantra ‘OM AH HUM’ as this is the essence of all mantras- the nature of enlightened body, speech and mind. Engaging in this special breathing meditation produces many good results- it calms our mind and causes our distracting conceptions to subside, giving rise to a special feeling of inner peace.
Everyone is welcome, no experience of meditation is necessary as all sessions are guided.
