Foundation Programme class
Studying the book ‘The New Eight Steps to Happiness’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso | Mondays 7-9:20pm
The Foundation Programme is a great way to deepen our knowledge and practical experience of Buddha’s teachings in a friendly and relaxed environment. Each class includes guidance, meditation and the opportunity for discussion with friendly classmates who are interested in incorporating a spiritual component to their lives and realistically talking about the challenges and success in making connections to Buddha’s advice. You are welcome to try a couple of classes to decide whether the class works for you, as please note FP classes are not a drop-in class but require regular attendance.
If you are interested in trialling, please email info@kmcmanchester.org
