Through Buddha’s timeless wisdom, we can learn and start to understand the extraordinary potential that exists within us to experience everlasting peace and happiness. In these classes we will develop our meditation practice and understanding, so can begin to connect to this deeper sense of inner peace and calm within own minds, ultimately helping us to overcome negative emotions in difficult situations, giving us a greater sense of clarity and peace.
