7:40pm – 8pm – Relax with drinks
8pm – 8:45pm – Three course Mexican meal
8:45pm – 9:30pm – Live Music by ‘Cactus Sisters’

Kelsang SamaResident TeacherKelsang Sama is a meditation teacher and the Resident Teacher at KMC Manchester.
She has deep experience of and insight into Buddha’s teachings. She is known for her great kindness, sense of humour and special skills in giving practical instructions that show us how to cultivate inner peace and make our lives deeply meaningful.

What is a meditation retreat?
A retreat is an activity that allows the practitioners to step away from the busyness of daily life and focus on a specific practice of meditation. The function of meditation is to make the mind peaceful and calm. Whenever we meditate, we are performing a mental action that will cause us to experience inner peace in the future.
