Life can feel heavy, sometimes we carry so many things in our minds it slows us down and makes life feel like hard work. However we can change this! Buddha gave profound but practical teachings that help us loosen the tightness in our heart and put things in perspective.
Learn how to shed the extra baggage by joining us on this course to explore how to lighten up and live lightly.

Gen Kelsang DrolkyiResident TeacherGen Kelsang Drolkyi is a senior teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition. She is a Buddhist nun who has taught internationally for over 30 years. Gen Drolkyi has been a dedicated, close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for many years, receiving ordination from him in 1993. An inspiring teacher, she is loved for her clear and insightful teachings and her ability to communicate profound Dharma in an accessible, practical way.
