From Confusion To Clarity: Morning Course
From Confusion To Clarity | Meditation Morning Course | Sunday 27th September 10am-1pm
Wisdom is like our own inner spiritual guide, showing us the path to lasting happiness and helping us understand how to solve our own problems.
On this course, we will explore Buddha’s teachings on how to develop our wisdom by understanding the nature of our world and the effects of our actions. We will also learn how to apply these insights in practical ways to avoid problems and confusion, and develop a clearer, more peaceful mind.
In this way, we can experience the clarity, confidence and sense of purpose that wisdom brings to our lives.
Course fee: £15/ discounted for members
