Facing a life altering diagnosis: Morning course

Facing a life altering diagnosis | Meditation morning course | Saturday 26th September 10am-1pm

At some point, many of us will face a life-changing diagnosis—our own or that of someone we love. Such experiences can bring fear, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm.

This meditation course offers practical tools to help you meet these challenges with greater resilience, compassion, and inner calm. Through guided meditation and contemplation, you will learn how to work with difficult emotions, reduce anxiety, and cultivate a sense of steadiness in the face of uncertainty. We will understand how acceptance is not about giving up, but about finding peace alongside life’s realities.
