Starting 6th March 9:30-11:30am
Help us to keep our Dharma centre clean and welcoming for all by lending a hand with some light jobs such as cleaning and maintenance, followed by a community gathering with refreshments.

What is a meditation retreat?
A retreat is an activity that allows the practitioners to step away from the busyness of daily life and focus on a specific practice of meditation. The function of meditation is to make the mind peaceful and calm. Whenever we meditate, we are performing a mental action that will cause us to experience inner peace in the future.

Anyone can attend, meditation can be beneficial for everyone as it is a mental activity that focuses on creating more positivity in the mind.

As a registered charity and non-profit organization, all of our activities are dedicated to world peace and all profits go towards the International Temples Project Fund.
