Through meditation learn to untangle your mind from its habitual mental patterns that keep you trapped in a state of dissatisfaction, always seeking but never finding any lasting happiness. By learning to navigate your thoughts with wisdom and insight, discover within your mind the potential for limitless love, compassion and wisdom. In this way transform your life into a journey of great meaning and learn how you can become a purely happy being!
Each class consists of a practical teaching, guided meditations and discussion. Weekly classes are self contained so you can join at any time or book for the whole course.
